The Governor of Goa, Shri. P.S Sreedharan Pillai paid Homage to the great leader late Shri. Manohar Parrikar, Former Chief Minister of Goa and Defense Minister of India on his Birth Anniversary at Smriti Sthal at Miramar.
Governor placed a floral wreath and offered flowers and spent a few minutes of silence at the Smriti Sthal.
Present on the occasion were Shri. Utpal Parrikar and other Government officials. Secretary to Governor Shri R.Mihir Vardhan Accompanied the Governor.
