Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad North Goa delegation submitted a memorandum to the General Manager of Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL) Goa and briefed about the bus problems in various colleges. On this occasion, the problems of the students of Government College Sankhali and Goa University were discussed.

For the students of Government College Sankhali, the first lecture starts at 08.45 am. But at this time there is no bus that reaches college from Panaji via Marshall. No private or Kadamba bus service is available between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM on these routes. Due to this reason students miss the first lecture every time. Further, this leads to greater inconvenience during ISA or exam days. Keeping this in mind, ABVP has demanded to start a Kadamba bus service at this time as soon as possible. Also, for the students of Goa University there is a demand to start new and regular bus service to solve the problem of irregularities of buses in the evening.

The General Manager of the KTCL has assured the Karyakartas of the ABVP to solve the problems of the students of Sankhali College and Goa University at the earliest. Sudip Naik, Akash Naik and Sarvesh Talwadkar were present while submitting the memorandum.
