JCI Dapoli successfully organized an Individual Development Training Session on Thursday, 15th January 2026 at Padmashi Bhiku Ramji tatha Dadasaheb Idate Arts and Commerce Junior College, Kumbale, Mandangad. The session was conducted by Zone Trainer – JFD Kunal Mandlik Sir with the objective of enhancing leadership skills, personality development, and motivation among students.
A total of 119 students actively participated in the session and showed enthusiastic involvement throughout the program. The talk was highly interactive and informative, and the students responded very positively to the insights shared by the speaker. The session helped students gain clarity on personal growth, leadership qualities, confidence building, and goal setting, which will be beneficial for their academic and professional journey.
The program was well-coordinated and successfully executed, fulfilling its purpose of youth empowerment and individual development. JCI Dapoli extends its sincere gratitude to JFD Kunal Mandlik Sir, the college authorities, and all the participating students for making the session a grand success.
