The Government has issued directions to the TCP Department for preparing zoning plans for Pernem Taluka and Kadamba Plateau.
The same will be prepared as per the provision of the Town & Country Planning Act. We shall also be taking on board an international consultant and various stakeholders will also be part such as the, Credai, CII, GCCI, etc,.
In order to create a unique zoning plan, we will seek expert advice from Mr. Vinayak Bharne, who has already been taken on board. We shall work collectively towards creating a unique plan, taking into consideration the stakeholders, even organizations like the IGBC and all aspects to ensure we are able to create a plan that will be progressive and at the same time preserve Goa’s uniqueness.
