Goa Lokayukta has informed that, whoever wishes Goa Lokayukta to take cognizance, ought to address the complaint directly to Lokayukta after due observance of rules and procedure as regards filing.
At the time of submitting an application/complaint before the Goa Lokayukta, details such as full name, age, full address, mobile number and email address (if available) must be mentioned in the complaint.
Those who need guidance in the process of filing the complaint/application can contact the Office of Legal Services Authority in the District and Sessions Courts, North Goa and South Goa as well as from the Registrar, Institution of Goa Lokayukta, Old G.M.C. Complex, Ribandar-Goa, during working days and hours, as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.
