ALL GOA MARINE LIFESAVING GUARDS CONTINUE STRIKE

PANAJI: The Goa Marine Lifesaving Guards union continued their protest at Azad Maidan, Panaji demanding that they be employed under the Goa Human Resource Development Corporation as suggested by Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.

Trade Union leader Swati Kerkar said that the striking lifeguards were unable to do multi-sking and suggested that either they should be employed under GTDC or a society to be formed so that they can operate as lifeguards.
