PANAJI: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Goa leader Valmiki Naik on Tuesday said he will participate in the debate with Power Minister Nilesh Cabral on Wednesday, Nov 25 and decide whether Goa requires BJP model or AAP model of electricity in the State.
Speaking to reporters, Naik said that the Power Minister will have to explain why he cannot give free electricity to Goan consumers, who consume electricity up to 200 units per month as done by the Kejiral government in Delhi.

He said that after he said that he was ready to debate with Cabral on November 19, the Power Minister took five days to give his nod for the debate. It is unfortunate that debate between the two will not be a public debate, he added.

The AAP leader said that Cabral will have to explain why he cannot give free electricity to the people of Goa and decide whether Goa requires BJP model or AAP model of electricity.
