PANAJI: BJP state president and Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade personally enrolled Padma Shri Awardee Vinayak Vishnu Khedekar and industrialist Shashi Soni as members of the BJP during the ongoing membership drive. After enrolling both prominent personalities, Tanavade expressed great pride as both made invaluable contributions to the nation in their respective fields.
Vinayak Vishnu Khedekar, an author, folklorist, and cultural historian, has dedicated himself to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Goa. Meanwhile, Shashi Soni, another notable Padma Shri recipient, has made her mark in industry through impactful work as a serial entrepreneur and social activist.
