
As part of its continued commitment to enhancing passenger experience, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) hosted an exclusive Culinary Masterclass with renowned Chef Saurabh Puri today at 4:00 PM in the airport lounge operated by Travel Food Services (TFS) at Goa International Airport, Dabolim.
The bespoke session, curated under the kind guidance of senior airport leadership, offered travellers and stakeholders an engaging, interactive, and memorable experience.

The event commenced with a warm welcome extended to Chef Saurabh Puri by Mr. C. George Varghese, Airport Director, Goa Dabolim Airport, in the esteemed presence of RD,BCAS, DC ,CISF and senior AAI officials and representatives from TFS. The live masterclass drew enthusiastic participation, garnering appreciation from both passengers and special invitees.Passengers including child pax enthusiastically participated in the event.

Importantly, this event marked the launch of a new weekly culinary series at Goa Dabolim Airport, wherein a celebrated chef will host a Thursday Masterclass every week. This exciting initiative will bring fresh flavours, expert culinary tips, and unique gourmet experiences to travellers on a regular basis. Chef Saurabh Puri’s showcase was the inaugural edition of this ongoing series.
This programme forms part of AAI’s passenger-centric engagement strategy, designed to create experiences that go beyond travel, making time at the airport truly memorable.
