Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said that Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi ji’s efforts like Startup India and Digital India have given our youth the confidence to build, create and lead and that the world is noticing the energy coming out of India.

HCM addressed the Goa Open Innovation Challenge 2025 and Market Access Expo at Panaji today along with IT Minister Shri Rohan Khaunte. He met with young innovators and more than 100 startups working on real problems in tourism, agriculture, waste management and other key sectors.

HCM also spoke about the support being offered through various schemes such as ₹10 lakh startup assistance, ₹15,000 salary support, robotics and coding programs, and incubation opportunities through institutions like EDII.

HCM mentioned that these platforms reflect our shared commitment to a Viksit Bharat. He stated that Goa is not waiting for change and that we are ready to lead.

HCM has urged and encouraged everyone to start here in Goa and grow across India.
