BJP PROMISED UPTO 100 UNITS OF FREE POWER IN HYDERABAD CIVIC ELECTIONS: AAP
PANAJI: The Aam Admi Party (AAP) Goa on Friday pointed out that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has promised free electricity to consumers who consume less than 100 units in their manifesto for Hyderabad civic elections and slammed the Goa BJP for failing to provide free electricity to domestic consumers consuming upto 200 units of electricity in the State.
Speaking to reporters at the party office, AAP spokesman Adv Surel Tilve demanded to know why BJP government in Goa cannot afford to give free electricity to people consuming upto 200 units of power when it is spending about Rs 1.40 lakh on every Goan.

Adv Tilve alleged that Goa BJP acts on the diktats of the BJP High Command.
Meanwhile, the AAP launched a video appealing to the people to give a missed call on their mobile number: 7504750475 if they wish for 200 units of free electricity and 50 per cent rebate on 200 to 400 units of power consumed.
Adv Tilve stated that AAP would launch the 200 corner meetings from December 1 to 19. He also requested people to bring their electricity bills for the meeting and reiterated that AAP will provide free and uninterrupted power supply to consumers of Goa if voted to power in the next elections.
