The Aam Aadmi Party Goa desk in-charge and Delhi MLA Atishi along with AAP Aldona candidate Mahesh Satelkar inaugurated a new office in Aldona on Saturday.
Delhi MLA and AAP Goa desk in-charge Atishi said, “In Goa, people are looking for a change and a government that will work for their improvement. Goans are unhappy with the state of education, health infrastructure, and the lack of basic amenities including uninterrupted electricity and water”.
“To date, several parties have ruled Goa, but none has worked for the common man. However, AAP national convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has announced the 13-point Goa model. Further, AAP has announced Amit Palekar as its chief ministerial candidate; someone who is always ready to fight for the rights of Goans”, she added.
AAP Aldona candidate Mahesh Satelkar said, “During the Covid period, when the BJP was busy with scams and the Congress was nowhere to be found, AAP was the only party that worked on the ground and helped Goans. Delhi CM and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal’s vision is a new hope for the Goans. His six promises to the state will benefit the common people and they will be able to save ten lakh rupees over the course of AAP’s five-year tenure”.
Adding he said, “The new office will be open from morning 10 am to 1pm and then 3 pm to 6 pm in the evening. Residents will now easily be able to reach out to the party leadership via this office”.
