A SECURITY GUARD FOUND MURDERED AT CUNCOLIM IDC
MARGAO: Siddappa Ramayya Wonda (66), a security guard from Gokak, Karnataka was murdered by unknown person/s at Cuncolim industrial estate.
Siddappa was currently residing at Curchorem along with his family and was working as a security guard at the Cuncolim IDC for the last few months.
As usual he was on duty on Sunday night at the entrance of his factory office and on Monday morning his body was found near the office.
Earlier, the Cuncolim police had registered it as unnatural death and after post-mortem examination report, a murder case was registered against unidentified person/s.
SP South, Pankaj Kumar Singh along with other senior police officer visited the site and guided the investigation.
A dog squad and finger print expert was pressed into service to obtain vital clues.
