Mahila Congress President Beena S Naik, alongwith AIMC, Goa incharge Dr Seema Fernandes & with its Mahila Block Presidents visitedTemple, Mosque, Church & Gurudwara on 18th of this month.
Looking at the rising cases of Covid in Goa Mahila Congress prayed for the well-being of Goans & for the victory of Congress. During last Covid-19 wave, Goans have witnessed that more than 3,500 people had died due to the sheer negligence of the BJP government, which was unable to provide Oxygen in time, to the patients . BJP government has totally failed during last wave of pandemic as well as this time. Looking at the rising positivity rate of Covid cases, Mahila Congress visited “Shantadurga kunkolikarin at Fatorpa,Safa Masjid at Ponda, St. Francis Xavier Church at Old Goa & Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha at Betim”.
Mahila Congress had earlier warned through Memorandums & through press conferences about the severity of the pandemic but BJP government was deaf & dumb. This present government has no foresight & that’s why we have decided to visit almighty’s darbar to take care & protect all our Goan brothers & sisters.
Secondly, we prayed that Congress party should come to power & relieve the agonies that Goans are facing under the mis-rule of BJP.
